Returns are possible for items damaged upon delivery. Thus, we invite you to carefully check the condition of the item's packaging and to report any deterioration suggesting damage to it. If you receive an item damaged upon delivery, it is imperative to report it to the delivery person. You have the option to refuse it at this time. In this case, we ask you to take photos allowing the damage to be noted and to notify us of the damage via the web gallery contact form. If the work was damaged during transport, you will be fully reimbursed.
