Delivery

We want to guarantee an optimal delivery service for your work. Depending on the format of the work, transport and handling can be very delicate. We therefore make sure to guarantee all the care that your new artistic acquisition deserves.

The delivery rate applied to each work depends on its size and the complexity of handling it requires.

All our prices are for delivery to the country indicated in the "transport" step of your order. They include handling and deposit in an easily accessible location.
Delivery is understood to be from our warehouses to the address provided when ordering.

Due to the large formats of our maxi-format canvases, we ask you to make specific arrangements for the reception of the purchased items, by checking the accessibility of the place where the work is to be deposited, depending on its dimensions.

OUT SIDE ART reserves the right not to deliver to the indicated location in the event of restricted access, if the provisions mentioned above have not been respected and no communication has been sent to us.

We invite you to inform us of any apparent difficulty that could compromise the smooth running of the delivery.

Please note that we do not use lifting equipment for delivery to the upper floors. If such equipment should prove necessary, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We inform you that in this case OUT SIDE ART reserves the right to refuse delivery, the use of such equipment if a danger could be proven, or to overcharge for the delivery for the rental of the equipment and the necessary labor.
