Transport policy

1. Place of delivery

The items offered on our website can only be delivered to valid addresses included in the mode of transport proposed for each item. For delivery to other places or countries, please contact us via the contact form.

Delivery is understood to be from our warehouses to the address provided at the time of ordering. Due to the large formats we offer, we ask you to make specific arrangements for the reception of the purchased items by checking the accessibility of the place where the item will be deposited, according to its dimensions. OUT SIDE ART reserves the right not to deliver to the address (home or business) indicated, if the above-mentioned provisions have not been respected. We invite you to inform us of any apparent difficulty that may compromise the smooth running of the delivery via the web gallery contact form.

2. Exclusions

The delivery excludes the mounting of the wall and back frame mounting brackets for the canvases and the hanging of the delivered canvases. Please let us know your requirements.

The delivery excludes any means of lifting by machines. If such means should prove necessary, it is up to the customer to inform OUT SIDE ART, which reserves the right to refuse the use of such means, or to overcharge the delivery for the hiring of equipment or labour.

3. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order. Delivery times are estimated and calculated from the date of shipment and not from the date of the order. They are for information purposes only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping company's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and the items ordered.

4. Shipping Instructions

You can provide special shipping instructions on the payment page of your item or via the contact form by mentioning your order number.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend mainly on the size of your order, the shipping method we use and the destination. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. This is where the shipping costs will be displayed. The sales tax is charged according to the territory where the item is sent.

7. Items damaged in transit
