Delivery

We want to guarantee an optimal delivery service for your work. Depending on the format of the artwork, transport and handling can be very tricky. Therefore, we make sure that your new art acquisition receives the care it deserves.

The delivery rate applied to each work depends on its size and the complexity of handling it requires.

All our prices are understood to be for delivery in the country indicated at the "transport" stage of your order. They include handling and deposit in an easily accessible place.
Delivery is understood to be from our warehouses to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Due to the large formats of our maxi canvases, we ask you to make specific arrangements for the reception of the purchased items, checking the accessibility of the place where the work is to be deposited, according to its dimensions.

OUT SIDE ART reserves the right not to deliver within the indicated location in the event of restricted access, if the aforementioned provisions have not been complied with and if no communication has been sent to us.

We invite you to inform us of any apparent difficulties that may affect the smooth delivery. 

Please note that we do not use lifting equipment for delivery to floors. Should such means be necessary, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We would like to inform you that in this case OUT SIDE ART reserves the right to refuse the delivery, the use of such means if a danger could be proven, or to overcharge the delivery for the rental of the material and the necessary labour.

Installation - Hanging

If you would like your work to be hung, we invite you to contact an approved professional.
