Transport policy

1. Delivery locations

The items offered on our website are only deliverable to valid addresses included in the shipping method offered for each item. For delivery to other locations or countries, please contact us via the contact form.

Delivery is understood from our warehouses to the address provided when ordering. Due to the large formats that we offer, we ask you to make specific arrangements for the reception of the purchased items by checking the accessibility of the place where the item will be deposited, depending on its dimensions. OUT SIDE ART reserves the right not to deliver to the address (home or business) indicated, if the provisions previously mentioned have not been respected. We invite you to inform us of any apparent difficulty that could compromise the smooth running of the delivery via the web gallery contact form.

2. Exclusions

Delivery excludes the assembly of the wall hanging brackets and the back of the frames for the canvases, as well as the hanging of the delivered canvases. For this, we invite you to let us know your needs.

Delivery excludes any means of lifting by machines. If such means should prove necessary, it is the customer's responsibility to inform OUT SIDE ART, which reserves the right to refuse the use of such means, or to overcharge the delivery for the rental of equipment or labor.

3. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided to you when you place your order. Delivery times are estimated and calculated from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to ensure that your product is delivered within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping practices of the carrier, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered.

4. Shipping Instructions

You can provide special shipping instructions on your item's checkout page or through the contact form by mentioning your order number.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend mainly on the size of your order, the shipping method we will use and the destination. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to buy to your cart and proceed to the payment page. This is where the shipping costs will be displayed. Sales tax is charged according to the territory where the item is being shipped.

7. Items damaged during transport
