Joule

Coming from a popular district of Geneva, Joule started tagging in the late 80's on the walls of his neighbourhood. At the same time he practiced break-dance. He naturally favours the art of graffiti and paints ever bigger walls while developing his mastery of spray and his artistic universe.

At the beginning of the 1990s, his style asserted itself and Joule began to become known for his murals. It is also the time when he realizes his first exhibitions. Very involved in the Hip Hop culture Joule also distinguished himself as a DJ and won titles.

In 1999, during a trip to Brazil, Joule had a trigger and found his new objective: to paint walls in cities around the world. Since then, Joule has left "pieces" in cities as varied as London, Madrid, Dubai, Casablanca, Dakar, Bogota, Medellin, Sao Paulo, Stuttgart, Bangkok and Prague.
