YGREK

YGREK1 is an artist who has been active on the Geneva graffiti scene since the late 90s. Always in search of originality and demarcation, he carries out a lot of stylistic research work around typography, then starts to be interested, from 2010, inurban fences as a new artistic support. Today known for his "grids", which he creates with tape, YGREK uses the grid as pixels for his graphic creations. At the crossroads between graffiti and typography, his interventions can be seen from Paris to Berlin, passing through Brussels, Milan, Zurich or Lisbon. He then carries out a photographic research work to immortalize his works at best.
